VON ARDENNE has concluded an exclusive distribution agreement with Canon Marketing Japan Inc. (Canon MJ) for the distribution of VON ARDENNE products in Japan. The corresponding contract was signed by Pia von Ardenne (CEO of VON ARDENNE GmbH) and Masachika Adachi (President & CEO of Canon Marketing Japan, Inc.).
Within the framework of the agreement, Canon MJ will act as the primary contact for VON ARDENNE products starting January 1, 2026, and will support Japanese customers throughout the entire sales process of coating systems, components, upgrades, services, as well as spare and wear parts.
The goal of the collaboration is to expand VON ARDENNE's market presence beyond already existing industries – such as the semiconductor, electronics, and optics industries – while simultaneously meeting the increasing demand in the service sector in the Japanese market.
VON ARDENNE is pleased to have found the right partner in Canon Marketing Japan, Inc., to effectively utilize the opportunities in the Japanese market. Canon MJ offers excellent sales and service capacities with its many specialists and multiple locations, from which our customers will directly benefit.
The transfer of sales and service tasks to Canon MJ will be completed by the turn of the year. To maintain our high quality standards, VON ARDENNE will closely oversee the know-how transfer and train the employees of Canon MJ.
